Pasta with beans instead of meat is healthy, cheap, tasty, and quick to make.  You can use the instant pot or stove top.

Beans are packed with protein, iron, and fiber.  They are cheap, shelf-stable, and can be added to a lot of recipes.  They are great for young toddlers who are meat texture sensitive.  Try them as a meat alternative in pasta.  Here’s one idea:
